Rich Timm

I enjoy experiencing different cultures and landscapes. As the son of a career serviceman and a mother who loved to travel, I grew up living throughout the United States and Germany. Later, in my work as a service engineer/manager in the semiconductor industry, I traveled to countries throughout Asia, Europe, and the United States. During these years I developed a love of photography. I filled long hours on airplane flights by reading books on photography and the places I wanted to visit. I began planning photography trips, enjoying new sights, and developing my skills.
Now that I am retired, I am pursuing photography full-time. Learning new methods of photography, planning trips, and creating beautiful images gives me great joy. And it's always exciting to meet prestigious people along the way, like the afternoon I shared a moment with Benjamin Franklin.

To help support my adventures, I sell prints and do real estate photography for agents around the greater Seattle area. You may even find me at a local art fair.
Thank you for taking the time to look at my images. I hope they give you a moment of joy and inspire you to begin your own journey.
